Investor Education Coordinator for the Arizona Corporation Commission's Securities Division

With us today is Terri Alexon who serves as the Investor Education Coordinator for the Arizona Corporation Commission's Securities Division.  Since joining the Commission in August of 2002, Terri has been making statewide presentations on wise investing and fraud prevention.  For several years, she has served on either the Elder Exploitation Task Force or Online and Social Media Task Force for the North American Securities Administrators Association.  Terri currently serves on the Financial Exploitation Committee of the Maricopa County Elder Abuse Prevention Alliance, Area Agency on Aging. She is a two-time graduate from A.S.U. with degrees in business and communication. In her brief time with us, Terri won’t include WHERE you should invest your money, only how to avoid the worst risk of all which is FRAUD.
